Jeff holds a Limited Licence with the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) and is an active Property Manager for Stillmeadow Property Management.

With over 30 years in Property and Building Management, Jeff brings extensive experience in property maintenance, planning and implementing preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Jeff has been involved right from site works installation to the long term planning of building maintenance programs.

Jeff’s expertise in managing apartment buildings, as well as land development projects, and commercial and residential maintenance, will provide secure and stable structured management to any property.

Jeff is skilled in leading teams and working with staff. His vast knowledge of trades and service companies ensures a quick and efficient problem solving process for all situations.

Over the years Jeff has developed strong relationships in the community and prides himself on the quality and efficiency of maintaining a property.

With over 25 years of Property and Building Management experience, Lynn brings a wealth of proficiencies to Stillmeadow Property Management including strong administrative expertise.

Lynn manages a wide range of corporations including townhomes, apartment buildings, land lease, and life lease properties, with a special fondness for serving retirement communities. Honed skills in leading teams and mentoring staff aid in working with superintendents and liaising with contractors. She has forged strong relationships with an impressive group of service providers, ensuring timely response to building needs.

An excellent communicator, Lynn is dedicated in delivering the highest level of management services in a pro-active way, and ensuring well maintained, secure and respectable properties. Holding a General Licence with the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO), she is the lead Condominium Property Manager.
